ARInspect is a company that provides an automated compliance platform for government agencies. The platform helps agencies to conduct inspections more efficiently and effectively, and to reduce the risk of environmental and public safety hazards. The platform uses a variety of technologies, including machine learning, image recognition, and process automation.

Our Approach

Our insights after connecting with ARInspect

We initiated in-depth discussions with stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their vision and requirements. This involved understanding their businesses, inspection processes, and daily inspector activities, as well as the needs of admin portal users.
Our findings revealed the following observations:

  • Inspectors face difficulties with documentation and report generation which compromises the accuracy and consistency highlighting a need for automated solution.
  • Time management was another significant concern for inspectors, as they had to balance multiple inspections, prioritize tasks, and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Administrators required a comprehensive oversight of their inspectors' activities, including scheduling, assignment management, and performance tracking.
Crafting tailored design solutions

After identifying the problem areas, we moved on to identifying the key parameters necessary for inspector and admin to excel in their roles and crystallized the most salient metrics that directly impact their tasks. Based on this, we designed intuitive layouts that focus on enhancing representation and accessibility.
