We’re looking for a passionate designer who can create beautiful and inspiring design experiences that help users discover and connect with the resources they need in truly innovative ways.
Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
- Experience using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Principle.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
- Flexible to work in an agency environment and comfortable to work on a variety of projects.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
